I work across eastern and northern Bergen County — Fort Lee, Edgewater, Cliffside Park, Palisades Park, Leonia, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Tenafly, Cresskill, Demarest, Closter, Haworth, Old Tappan, River Edge and Paramus. Most of my clients are choosing between two or three of these towns, and the comparison is usually about commute, school district and budget.

Do you help with luxury home sales?

Yes. A meaningful share of my work is in the $1M–$5M+ range, including estate homes in Englewood Cliffs and Tenafly and waterfront condos in Edgewater and Fort Lee. Luxury work is mostly about discretion, accurate pricing against a thin comp set, and coordinating attorneys, inspectors and lenders who are used to that price point.

Can you help me relocate to New Jersey from another state or country?

Yes. Relocation is a large part of my practice. We usually start three to six months out with town selection and a rent-versus-buy decision, then move to remote video tours and a pre-arrival shortlist. I coordinate the lease or purchase, and stay involved through utilities, school registration and the first month after move-in.

How does the NJ attorney review period work?

In New Jersey, once both parties sign the contract, each side's attorney has three business days to review and propose changes. The contract is not binding until attorney review is concluded, so this is the window for adjusting terms, dates and contingencies. I coordinate with your attorney so nothing lapses by deadline.

What's the first step to buying a home in Bergen County?

A mortgage pre-approval and a short conversation about towns. Pre-approval sets a realistic budget including NJ property taxes, and the town conversation narrows the search before you spend weekends touring. From there we can usually be under contract within a few weeks in a normal market.
